Interactive technology
Connecting physical and digital experiences in ways that are easier to use and understand.
The entry point should fit the moment.
A QR code is one way into an experience, but it is not the product.
A QR code can make sense on print, packaging, signage, or a physical product.
Other entry points can be better.
If a person is already looking at content on their phone, asking them to scan a QR code on that same screen creates friction. An interactive URL can open the same experience directly.
The same experience can be reached through different entry points depending on what is easiest for the person using it.
That can include:
- QR codes
- interactive URLs
- websites
- digital campaigns
- packaging
- signage
- direct mail
- product touchpoints
- event materials
We are not a QR code company. A QR code is just one way in.
The goal is to get people into the right experience with as little friction as possible.
